Santiago Creel Miranda (Spanish pronunciation: [sanˈtjaɣo kɾil miˈɾanda] ⓘ; born on 11 December 1954) is a Mexican lawyer and politician, and a member of the National Action Party (PAN). Since 1 September 2021, he has been a federal deputy and the current President of the Congress of the Union and of the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Deputies. He served as Secretary of the Interior during the presidency of Vicente Fox Quesada, from 2000 to 2005. In 2006, he was elected Senator to the Congress of the Union and served as President of the Senate of the Republic from 2007 to 2008. In 2016 he served as Constituent Deputy of Mexico City.
