Sefid Sang Rural District (Persian: دهستان سفيدسنگ) is in Qalandarabad District of Fariman County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.[3] It is administered from the city of Sefid Sang.[4]

At the 2006 census, its population was 2,725 in 627 households.[5] There were 2,958 inhabitants in 760 households at the following census of 2011.[6] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 3,273 in 898 households. The most populous of its 23 villages was Kariz-e Hajj Mohammad Jan, with 1,821 people.[2]
