Shams Khan (Persian: شمس خان)[lower-alpha 1] is a village in, and the capital of, Zangelanlu Rural District of Lotfabad District, Dargaz County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 294 in 87 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 298 people in 96 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 272 people in 84 households.[2]
