Pre-empting changes

As per comment on the main ICC Test Championship page, the rankings / ratings do not update until the end of series, so this page should mirror that. At moment SA are still top (please check the ICC webpage to confirm this) Spike 'em (talk) 22:14, 19 January 2016 (UTC)

Change?

I am removing the change column, as this is not cited by the ICC and gives no indication of which period the change occurred. Greenman (talk) 22:10, 3 December 2012 (UTC)

It was restored without comment, but it still uncited and unclear what time period it refers to, so I've removed it again. Greenman (talk) 09:53, 4 January 2015 (UTC)
This meaningless and uncited column has again been added - am removing as before. Greenman (talk) 21:38, 29 November 2015 (UTC)

My latest edit

All teams that have been given test status are to be listed here. So added Afghanistan before their first game. Hermit Curator 11:27, 14 June 2018 (UTC)

Request to change the title

ICC Test Championship was replaced by ICC World Test Championship after April 2019, as the Test mace was not awarded to the top ranked team since then. It's assumed that the winner of ICC World Test Championship will be awarded with ICC Test Mace as per the sources.[1][2] So the title of this page have to be changed to "ICC Test Match Team Rankings" which is the official title in the ICC website.
