The Dance is the fifth studio album by American smooth jazz saxophonist Dave Koz. It was released by Capitol Records on September 28, 1999. The album peaked at number 2 on the Billboard Top Contemporary Jazz Albums chart.[2] The album sold more than 500,000 copies and was certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).[3]
