Theodoulos Parsakoutenos (Greek: Θεόδουλος Παρσακουτηνός) was a Byzantine general who married into the Phokas clan. He was taken prisoner by the Hamdanid emir Sayf al-Dawla in 954 and remained in captivity until 966.
