Tolbozan Rural District (Persian: دهستان تل بزان) is in Golgir District of Masjed Soleyman County, Khuzestan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Qasemabad.[3]

At the National Census of 2006, its population (as a part of the Central District) was 3,075 in 620 households.[4] There were 1,855 inhabitants in 416 households at the following census of 2011,[5] by which time the rural district had separated in the establishment of Golgir District.[3] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 2,485 in 656 households. The most populous of its 46 villages was Seh Bardan, with 303 people.[2]
