Torqabeh and Shandiz County (Persian: شهرستان طرقبه شاندیز), formerly Binalud County (شهرستان بینالود),[3] is in Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.[4] Its capital is the city of Torqabeh.

After the 2006 National Census, Torqabeh District was separated from Mashhad County in the establishment of Binalud County (now Torqabeh and Shandiz County), which was divided into two districts of two rural districts each and two cities.[4]

The census in 2011 counted 58,483 people in 17,457 households.[5] At the 2016 census, the county's population was 69,640 in 21,861 households.[2]
