Veys District (Persian: بخش ویس) is in Bavi County, Khuzestan province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Veys.[3]

After the National Census of 2006, Anaqcheh Rural District of the Central District and Bavi District were separated from Ahvaz County in the establishment of Bavi County, which was divided into two districts of two rural districts each, with the city of Mollasani as its capital.[3]

The census in 2011 counted 56,692 people in 13,862 households.[4] At the latest census in 2016, the district had 62,681 inhabitants in 16,548 households.[2]
