Winder_Cuevas
Winder Bolivar Cuevas Pérez (born 1 August 1988 in Oviedo, Pedernales, Dominican Republic) is a Dominican Republic hurdler.[1][2] At the 2012 Summer Olympics, he competed in the Men's 400 metres hurdles.[3]
In this Spanish name, the first or paternal surname is Cuevas and the second or maternal family name is Pérez.
