There are things you can do to manage your stress during the COVID-19 pandemic, a psychologist explains.
A lot of people are experiencing more stress than usual. People have concerns not only about COVID-19, but about related financial challenges, changes in routine, and spending either too much time (or not enough) with friends and loved ones.
What can we do to manage this stress and maintain a positive attitude?
