Summary

Description

The C1 Corvette was built from 1953-1962, only available as a 2 door Roadster with solid axle suspension. The 1956 model got an updated body with new scalloped sides highlighted in white and single round headlights. An optional removable Hardtop was now available. Very minor visual changes for 1957, but the engine increased in size from 265 to 283 cu in and fuel injection was an option for the 1st time (fuel injection badges on fenders)
