Persconferentie na het bereiken van een akkoord op de Eurotop in Maastricht in 1991. De top leidde tot het Verdrag van Maastricht en de introductie van de Euro. De persconferentie vond plaats in het MECC op 11 dec. 1991, om 2 uur 's nachts, na een slopende vergadering in het Gouvernement aan de Maas. Van links naar rechts: ?, minister van financiën Wim Kok, minister van buitenlandse zaken Hans van den Broek, Europese Commissievoorzitter Jacques Delors en premier Ruud Lubbers.
