Cavoli and U.S. Air Force Gen. Tod D. Wolters stand at attention for the playing of the Armed Forces Medley during a change of command ceremony for U.S. European Command in Stuttgart, Germany, on July 1, 2022. Upon taking command from Wolters, Cavoli assumed responsibility for U.S. military operations across Europe, portions of Asia and the Middle East, the Arctic and Atlantic Ocean.
