Summary

Description

With regulator wide open, the safety valve has lifted on 'Blackie' No. 45154 "Lanarkshire Yeomanry" as she blasts out of the tunnel leading through Kentish Town station on a Midland express from St. Pancras. The fireman has put his injector on to bring the steam pressure down a little and stop the waste of precious steam from the safety valve. Included in spite of terrible scratching which I hope the viewer will excuse.
