displaying the Wikipedia logo in PAL Hires Interlace mode (640x512, 16 colors) on a 14" Commodore 1084 CRT monitor. The image file for the Amiga was created using
GIMP
(rescaling, color reduction/dithering) and
GrafX2
(conversion to IFF-ILBM format), transferred to the machine via
serial port
and
YMODEM
with the Handshake 2.20 AmigaOS terminal emulator, and displayed using
Deluxe Paint
IV on the Amiga.
