A variety of endemic-type flowers exist in Anzer plateau (aka, Ballıköy plateau). This upland is located in the southeast of İkizdere district of Rize, one of the major cities in the Blacksea region of Turkey. The "Anzer honey", famous with its curative powers, is produced here.

Rize ilinin İkizdere ilçesinin güneybatısında bulunan ve Ballıköy yaylası olarak da bilinen Anzer yaylasında çok sayıda endemik türde çiçek yetişmektedir. Bu yaylada Anzer balı üretimi yapılmaktadır.
