Description
English: Northern billboard , the second of three billboards in tidal marshlands of Humboldt Bay cut down in early January 2014 by an unknown perpetrator dubbed the "Billboard Butcher" by local media. The billboards are in a tidal zone subject to laws, rules and rights of the California Coastal Commission , the North Coast Railroad Authority , United States Fish and Wildlife Service , the County of Humboldt , and various private landowners. The city in the distance is Eureka, California.
