South Atlantic Ocean (June 17, 2004) – An Argentine Navy Dassault Super Etendard jet aircraft performs a touch and go landing, during flight operations aboard the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76). The Dassault-Breguet Super Etendard is a carrier-based single-seat strike fighter first introduced into service in 1978. It is armed with two 30mm guns and can hold a variety of air-to-air weapons and air-to-ground munitions.
