Description
English: Armillary sphere with astronomical clock made by Jost Bürgi and Antonius Eisenhoit , Kassel, 1585. Constructed from bronze, steel and ebony. The sphere was looted from Prague by Swedish forces in 1648 and is currently the property of the Nordiska Museet in Stockholm . Note says: " Johannes Kepler studied the stars with the help of this armillary sphere".
