English: Arms of Jo Cox (d.2016), an English female Member of Parliament, granted a coat of arms posthumously after her murder, in order for it to be displayed in the House of Commons with other members who have been killed in office. Blazon : Barry wavy Vert and Purpure a Chevronel Argent between in chief a White Rose and a Red Rose proper both barbed seeded and slipped the stalks conjoined Or and in base a Red Rose and a White Rose proper both barbed seeded and slipped the stalks conjoined Or. The white and red roses refer to Lancaster and York, as she was a Northern MP. Motto : "More in Common."
