English: Ashford Market in 1975 This was taken from a bridge that spanned the railway tracks near Victoria Road County Primary School (and was subsequently replaced by an elevated bridge that could span the tracks of the Channel Tunnel railway). The large grey roof is that of The Centrepiece in Bank Street while the buildings beyond the market site are in Godinton Road.
