English: w:Corbel , 1930s

The Bandelier visitor center is one of the visitor facilities built in w:Pueblo Revival style by the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC). They did painstaking hand carving to decorate this corbel with design motifs traditional to the area. This corbel and a number of other decorated wooden items are located in the visitor center lobby.

Ponderosa pine. H 28.5 x L 64.7 x D 19 cm [11 1/4" x 25 1/2" x 7 1/2"]
