THIS WAS THE ESTATE OF GRAHAM F. BLANDY WHO BEQUEATHED A PORTION TO THE UNIVERSITY OF VIRGINIA TO TEACH BOYS THE FUNDAMENTALS OF AGRICULTURE. IT HAS NOW BECOME THE ARBORETUM OF VIRGINIA. SLAVE QUARTERS BUILT IN 1825 BUT GREATLY ENLARGED IN 1941. THIS IS NOW USED AS A MULTIPURPOSE BUILDING IN THE ARBORETUM
