Description
English: Barton High Level Bridge. A closer view of this bridge which carries the M60 motorway over the Manchester Ship Canal near Eccles. This section of the motorway started life in 1960 as the Eccles by-pass before morphing into the M62, M63 then M60. The far bank of the canal lies in the next grid square to the south.
