Photo taken AFTER circa 1920, when the first aircraft became available for hire for sightseers in Bermuda and BEFORE the 1923 demolition of the W.T. James Building at the corner of Front Street and Burnaby Street and the construction of original Bank of N.T. Butterfield and Son Ltd. building on that site and before the 1925 construction of the No 1 Shed. Nine submarines are visible anchored in two groups on Hamilton Harbour .
