English:
An overall shot of the entrances to the Bjugn Cave Facility in Norway. This picture shows some of the equipment already pulled from the cave parked on the lot that will be taken to Estonia for Baltic Challenge '97, a Partnership for Peace exercise. The US Marine Corps have equipment stored in Norway as part of the Norway Air-Landed Marine Expeditionary Brigade (NALMEB) Prepositioning Program. The NALMEB program contains equipment and supplies to support a 13,000 person Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) for 30 days. This gear is stored in a series of 6 caves located in the Trondheim region of central Norway.
