বাংলার পথে-প্রান্তরে ছড়িয়ে ছিটিয়ে থাকা সত্য ভৌতিক ঘটনাগুলো সংগ্রহ করে এগুলোর সংকলন প্রকাশ করা খুব একটা সহজ কাজ নয়। মুরুব্বিদের নিকট থেকে ছোট বেলায় শোনা বিভিন্ন ভৌতিক ঘটনাগুলো কিন্তু শেষ হয়ে যায়নি, সেগুলো এখনো চলমান। নানানরূপে ও নানানভাবে এগুলো ঘটেই চলেছে।
এপার বাংলা-ওপার বাংলার বিভিন্ন মানুষের পাঠানো সত্য ভৌতিক ঘটনাগুলো নিয়ে মূলত এই বইটি সম্পাদনা করা হয়েছে। ঘটনার মৌলিকত্ব পরিবর্তন করা আমাদের পক্ষে সম্ভব নয়, কারণ এগুলো শতভাগ সত্য ঘটনা এবং এটা কোনো সাহিত্য নয়। একেকজন একেকভাবে ঘটনা পাঠিয়েছেন। একেকটা ঘটনা অন্যটি থেকে অনেকটাই আলাদা, যা আপনাকে ভিন্ন ধরনের ভৌতিক অনুভূতি জাগাবে বলে আমার বিশ্বাস।
তাই চলুন প্রবেশ করি ভয়ের পৃথিবীর এক অন্ধকার সীমানায়।
