Das Kraftwerk Oberschlesien in Bobrek bei Beuthen O/S.
Mit der Elektrischen fährt man in etwa 20 Minuten von Beuthen nach Bobrek. Das Gesicht diese arbeitsamen Industrieortes ist durch die "Julienhütte" und durch das Kraftwerk Oberschlesien bestimmt. In Oberschlesien kam bekanntlich die 1. Dampfmaschine zum Einsatz und zur Entwicklung. Deutsche Fachleute haben in jahrhundertelanger zäher Arbeit das oberschlesische Industriegebiet erschlossen und zu hoher Blüte gebracht.
