Deutsch: Im Jahr 2020 fusionierten die drei Gemeinden Kirchenthurnen, Lohnstorf und Mühlethurnen unter dem neuen Namen Thurnen. Für das neue Wappen wurden die Motive aus den bestehenden Wappen zusammenkopiert.
