Description	English: The Old Whipple Truss is an 1874 truss bridge on the Cacapon River at Capon Springs , West Virginia , United States . The Whipple Truss was originally constructed across the South Branch Potomac River near Romney and was re-erected at its present site in 1938 where it was in use until 1991.
