Catherine Henrietta Elliot Fulton (née Valpy, 19 December 1829 – 6 May 1919) was the founding president of the Dunedin chapter of Women's Christian Temperance Union of New Zealand (WCTU NZ) in May 1885, and she was elected national president of the WCTU NZ from 1889 to 1892. She was an ardent suffragist working with her husband James to try and change the law in New Zealand to allow women to vote in general elections. Image snipped from
