Description
English: New Chain of Lakes multi use trail in Halifax Regional Municipality, Nova Scotia, Canada. The trail follows the rail bed of the former Chester Spur of the Canadian National Railways. Bollards and large stones have been placed at the road crossing to prevent use by motorized vehicles. Cyclists are qeduired to dismount when crossing the road. Note the location of the large sign which is placed too close to the "clear zone" for safety.
