Citroen DS21 Cabriolet at Knebworth Classic Car Show
According to the UK government database for taxing cars, this car was manufactured in 1962 but first registered in the UK in 2003. The steering wheel is on the left which confirms that when first registered it was almost certainly first registered outside the UK (maybe in Benelux or even France). BUT the arrangement of the front lights is consistent with the cars produced by Citroen in 1966/67. So ... even though the data on the UK government's tax data base are not always correct (and sometimes ridiculously wrong), the most likely scenario is that the car was indeed manufactured in 1962 and the front lights were changed in or after 1966. |
