PERSIAN GULF (Jan. 5, 2009) Hospital Corpsman 1st Class Richie Luna uses a swab to take a DNA sample from Fireman Jodie Mooneyham aboard the multi-purpose amphibious assault ship USS Iwo Jima (LHD 7). The sample will be sent to the Bone Marrow Registry. Iwo Jima is deployed as part of the Iwo Jima Expeditionary Strike Group supporting maritime security operations in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility.
