Die Stadt Bad Brückenau führt das Wappen des Fürstabtes Gustav Bernhard (1671-1677), das ihr 1671 verliehen wurde.

Das Wappen zeigt das fuldische Kreuz (schwarzes Kreuz auf silbernen Grund), Kaiserin Hildegard und in der Mitte das badische Wappen (roter Schrägbalken in goldenem Feld).
