Summary

Description
English: In common with "Charlieplexing", a diagonal matrix forms (n^2 -n) /2 unique intersections. If track "a" crossing track "b" can be distinguished from track "b" crossing track "a", then twice as many unique intersections are formed . This occurs, for example, when complementary diodes are used at each intersection .
