English: This is an image of American actor Douglas Fairbanks, Jr wearing the mantle and insignia of a Knight of Justice of the Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem in 1958. The image comes from an Associated Press Wire Photo which bears the following caption: "(Oct. 19, 1958) DOUGLAS FAIRBANKS IN CHURCH PROCESSION—Actor Douglas Fairbanks, wearing robes of the Order of St. John, walks in procession to re-dedication service of Church of St. John of Jerusalem, Clerkenwell, London, Friday. The church, one of the British capital's most historic houses of worship, now is the grand prior church of the Order of St. John." There is no copyright notice on the image, so it is believed to be in the public domain in the United States of America.
