Français : L’arbre de fer (Parrotia persica) est encore en fleur... Ses petites fleurs caractéristiques rouge sang apparaissent en février-mars, avant les feuilles. Elles sont apétales (sans pétales) et sont constituées de bouquets d’étamines... Le parrotia est un arbre décoratif des jardins. .. Ces feuilles à l’automne se parent de couleurs magnifiques de vert à rouge cramoisi et donnent à l’arbre un aspect bariolé...
