Picture showing the ruins of a Buddhist Monastery. A historical site (Kuruhinna Tharaagandu) in Kaafu, Kaashidhoo, reminiscent of the Buddhist population that was once established in the Maldives.
The ruins lay bare to the monsoons. Although appreciably preserved when excavated, the condition of the site has rapidly deteriorated.
