Description
English: Cathedral Gorge State Park — about 80 miles south of Great Basin National Park in eastern Nevada and 80 miles west of Cedar City, Utah.
  • Cathedral Gorge was formed by lake that dried up many years ago and wind and rain carved out the canyon.
  • It is a little out of the way but well worth a detour. I took this photo on a snowy, cold day in October 2008.
