Per band, a band Argent, the 1st Gules, a swan displayed Or holding a key on its beak and a torch on its sinister claw, the 2nd Azure with mountains Vert toped Argent, between which runs a river Azure. The shield surmounts a pike with a Phrygian cap Gules on the top and a ribbon per fess Or, Azure and Carnation tied to the bottom. As supporters, two branches of canelo.

Terciado en banda. Primero, de gules, un cisne azorado, rostrado y nombrado de oro, con una garra levantada asiendo una antorcha y llevando en el pico una llave. Segundo, banda de plata. Tercero, campo de azur con montañas de sinople cimadas de plata, entre las cuales corre un río de azur. Al timbre, gorro frigio de gules enastado en lanza, de cuya parte inferior se cierne una cinta tricolor de oro, azur y encarnado. El todo envuelto en dos ramas entrelazadas de canelo.
