Estandarte de Francisco Franco (variante campo de púrpura representado de gules):
El fondo será de color púrpura, y bordado sobre él, en diagonal, del vértice superior izquierdo al inferior derecho, irá una banda de oro de 80 mm. de ancha engolada en cabezas dragantes lobos del mismo metal con lenguas de gules de 180 mm. de largo, acompañada de las dos columnas de Hércules, de 250 mm. de altura y 15 mm. de radio, el fuste, de plata con base y capitel de corintio de oro, coronada la izquierda de corona imperial y la diestra con Coronel español y los lemas "Plus Ultra" de oro sobre cintas de gules. Las columnas irán colocadas la de la derecha, a 283 mm. del borde inferior del guión y a 80 mm. del lateral derecho, y la de la izquierda, a 48 mm. del borde inferior y separada del lateral izquierdo, que pega al asta, 110 mm. En igual forma y color con figuras semejantes, pero sin cordón ni fleco de oro, se dispondrán los estandartes que con arreglo a los reglamentos vigentes y usos acostumbrados se han de izar en palacios, campamentos, lugares o buques en los que resida o aloje Su Excelencia.
