דגל שר הביטחון. תיאור הדגל: אורך הדגל – 120 ס"מ, רוחב הדגל – 80 ס"מ, רקע הדגל – בצבע כחול, הדגל מוקף סביב בגדילים בצבע זהב ברוחב 5 ס"מ. בקצה העליון, סמוך לתורן, צורת הדגל הלאומי במידות 38 ס"מ על 60 ס"מ. בקצה התחתון, סמוך לצד המתנופף, צורת סמל המדינה על רקע חרב שזורה בענף זית במידות 21 ס"מ על 39 ס"מ, כשהסמל נמצא במרחק 7 ס"מ משני קצות הדגל. סמל המדינה רקום בחוטי זהב, החרב ועלי הזית רקומים בחוטי כסף.
