Summary
Description Flickr - brewbooks - Quercus sadleriana (Deer Oak).jpg |
Quercus sadleriana was a plant that we all got wrong - it seemed like a rhody. It's a great shade plant - and we'll be growing one on the north side of our garden. We visited Fairmeadow Nursery. They have a nice selection of Pacific Northwest native plants. A number of their plants were grown from seed collected in the Siskiyou Mountains - an area I want to explore much more. |
