English : Santa Maria Gloriosa dei Frari . Monument to Paolo Savelli. Roman patrician serving the Serenissima, who died in 1405; the urn, still Gothic style, is adorned with statues of angels and a Madonna and Child and is surmounted by the equestrian statue of the deceased, gilt and polychrome wood: this is the first dedicated to one of the captains of the Republic. Attributed to the sculptor Rinaldino di Francia.

Patricien romain au service de la Sérénissime, mort en 1405; l'urne, de style gothique, est ornée de statues d'anges et une Vierge à l'Enfant et est surmonté par la statue équestre de Paolo Savelli, en bois doré et polychrome : celle-ci est la première consacrée à l'un des capitaines de la République. Attribué au sculpteur Rinaldino di Francia.
