English: King Fuad I of Egypt appears on the 9th cover of Time Magazine (April 28, 1923). The king is seen wearing a traditional tarboosh over his head. The caption reads: "Fuad I: He Reigns where Cleopatra Ruled". The cover story was entitled "Egypt: A Constitution" and appeared in page 11.
