Summary

Description Flames and smoke issue from a German Focke Wulf Fw 200C-4 Kondor (WNr. 0186, coded F8+ER) of 7./KG 40 as it dives towards the sea after being shot down by two Bristol Beaufighter Mark VICs of No. 248 Squadron RAF over the Bay of Biscay on 12 March 1943. None of Lt. Ernst Rabolt's crew survived.
