Summary

Description
English: Dietary greenhouse gases (nitrous oxide, methane, carbon dioxide) emissions by diet groups (high meat-eaters*, medium meat-eaters**, low meat-eaters***, fish-eaters, vegetarians, vegans) in the UK, standardized to 2,000 kcal and by age and gender. Results presented for all adults ( N = 55.504), shown as 2.5th percentile, median, and 97.5th percentile, from a Monte Carlo analysis with 1.000 iterations.
* High meat-eaters: >100 grams per day **Medium meat-eaters: > 50 grams per day ***Low meat-eaters: < 50 grams per day
