The file File:Larynx-HiFi-GAN speech sample.wav was converted to GSM Full Rate with SoX : sox "Larynx-HiFi-GAN speech sample.wav" -r 8000 -c 1 -e gsm gsm.wav (gsm.wav is only 9,486 bytes, so this shows how strongly Full Rate compresses audio.) And then for easy playback on modern systems it was converted back to a 44.1k WAV (and finally to FLAC with Audacity): sox gsm.wav -r 44100 -c 1 -e signed-integer gsm44.wav |
